Messenger RoBots: outra forma de comunicar

Cada vez mais se usam as aplicações de IMs (Instant Messengers) para comunicar e trocar informação.

Neste momento já começam a existir virtualizações de comunicação através deste meio recorrendo aos denominados "Bots" (diminutivo de robots) que automatizam respostas, sugerem informação ou apresentam resultados.

Por exemplo, precisa de comprar um livro ou um CD?
